PCI DSS: Grace period for Web shop merchants expires at year-end
November 2007 - Norderstedt, 27. The grace period is drawing to a close: As of January 1, 2008, all Web shop operators who store, process or transmit more than 20,000 card transactions according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard – abbreviated, PCI DSS – must have their security provisions audited externally.
„ClickandBuy“ now available on the Internet payment platform Saferpay
November 2007 - Telekurs Card Solutions, the Swiss market leader in the field of cashless, electronic payment transactions, now offers the new payment solution „ClickandBuy“ from Swisscom Fixnet on its Internet payment platform Saferpay. This gives the e-commerce customers of the approximately 3,000 Internet shops that use Saferpay the added option of paying for their purchases along with their phone bill.
Telekurs acquires 3C Communications International SA, Luxemburg
September 2007 - Telekurs Holding Ltd is purchasing 3C Communications International SA, which is active in the field of card payment transactions, from Tele2 Europe SA, a company belonging to the Swedish telecommunications operator Tele2. The scope of the purchase contract includes the purchase of the 3C Group with its parent company in Luxemburg along with its subsidiaries in Sweden, UK, Germany and the USA.
First Internet transaction using Maestro
July 2007 - Up and running. A few weeks ago, it became possible to make payments on the Internet using the Maestro debit card (MasterCard Secure Code). The first transaction occurred on 22nd June 2007 through the on-line shop of one of the leading suppliers of scooter accessories, the SIP Scootershop in Landsberg/Germany.

February 2007 - The Telekurs, Zurich, is purchasing, retroactively to February 1, 2007, the software product cCredit® from the c.a.r.u.s. Group along with the corresponding operational components, including customers and supplier agreements. In connection with this transaction, 30 employees will switch from c.a.r.u.s. to Telekurs.
