Saferpay Backoffice

The administration interface for the management and execution of payments

Saferpay Backoffice is an Internet-based application that enables you to control all payment activities. In addition to the administration of the Saferpay accounts, it offers a log area in which all relevant payment details are retained. In the Saferpay Backoffice you can also carry out the manual processing of payments.

With SSL-encrypted access to the Saferpay Backoffice over the Internet, no software installation is necessary.

The most important Saferpay Backoffice functions

Payments:

  • Entries (subsequent charges)
  • Credits (chargebacks)
  • Cancellations
  • Reactivation of payments
  • Reservations (credit check)
  • Entering of transactions authorized by telephone (referrals)

Administration:

  • Journal of all transactions (entries, reservations, credits)
  • Manual or automatic daily statement
  • Administration of Saferpay accounts and clients
  • Card activations status

Reporting:

  • Review of all closed periods
  • Review of all transactions
