Saferpay Card Authorization Interface

The server-to-server interface for payment processing in the background

Payments can be processed without calling up the Saferpay Virtual Terminal through the Saferpay Card Authorization Interface (abbreviated: CAI). All information relevant to the payment is transmitted through the interface and the payment is automatically executed in the background. The card number, expiry date and card verification number must be entered through the merchant system or the Web shop. The transaction must be SSL-protected if payment data is to be entered over the Internet. The merchant must take appropriate measures to store the payment measure in a secure manner on his own system.

Area of use:

Suitable for shop systems that have the necessary security precautions (firewalls, SSL certificate)
Connection to merchandise management system, ERP and CRM solutions
Billing systems that carry out period payments
Call center solutions in which the card verification is to be made directly from the call center application

Saferpay tip:

Combine the Saferpay Card Authorization Interface with the Saferpay Virtual Terminal Special authentication and payment options, such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode can thus be easily handled through the virtual terminal window, while other card payments can be processed through the Saferpay Card Authorization Interface.
